Can I come and watch a class?

Yes you can. But even better than watching, how about trying a class out for yourself? You’ll find that our classes are open and friendly, the perfect way to get introduced to our school. Remember you have to let us know when you are coming

What to wear?

All comfortable clothes whithout zippers are allowed, no jewelleries are allowed.

Payment

All payments are paid per quarter, if the quarter already started you only pay the remaining

Try out

The first try out class is free, we also have an option for 3 classes for 12 euro

What’s the best age to start kids in martial arts?

Kids of all ages can benefit from martial arts training. However at SFMA we feel that starting kids who are 4 years or older is ideal, this does depends on the individual.
